ZeroTo1, LLC ("ZeroTo1," "we," "our," or "us") operates Jonny, an AI-powered Discord agent deployed in private Discord servers owned by ZeroTo1's brand clients ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when creators ("you," "your," or "users") interact with Jonny.
By participating in a ZeroTo1-managed creator program and interacting with Jonny in a brand Discord server, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
The Service is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
If we become aware that we have collected information from anyone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided information to the Service, contact dj@zeroto1.co.
The Service is offered only to creators located in the United States.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information Automatically Collected Through Discord
Discord user ID
Discord username and display name
Server (guild) membership in ZeroTo1-managed brand servers
Messages you send in channels where Jonny is present
File attachments you upload (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, HTML, text, and images)
Reactions you add to messages
Profile-related metadata required for role assignment
2.2 Information You Voluntarily Provide During Onboarding
You may choose to provide the following information during the Jonny onboarding flow:
Age affirmation (you must confirm you are at least 18)
First and last name
TikTok handle and creator account information
Self-reported gross merchandise value (GMV) figures from your TikTok Shop affiliate activity. GMV is voluntary creator program performance data, not financial information. It is self-reported by the creator as part of program participation. We do not collect, request, or store bank account numbers, credit card numbers, tax identification numbers, payment processor credentials, or any other regulated financial information through the Service.
Email address (only if you choose to provide one for program communications)
Geographic region (state)
Product category preferences
Sample request information
2.3 Behavioral Data
Message frequency and reaction counts in designated community channels, used to generate the weekly Creator Leaderboard
GMV updates you submit via slash commands during program participation
Behavioral data is used solely for stated program functionality (engagement rankings, role assignment, brand reporting). It is not used to profile you, score you on protected characteristics, or determine your eligibility for any benefit, employment, housing, insurance, or other determination outside the scope of the creator program.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information collected exclusively for the following purposes, all of which constitute the Service's stated functionality:
Operating the Jonny agent to respond to your questions about the brand's creator program
Onboarding you into brand creator programs and assigning the appropriate Discord roles based on creator program performance tiers
Tracking creator program participation and performance for the brand client running the program you joined
Maintaining quality assurance through human review of Jonny's responses (conversation logs are reviewed periodically by authorized ZeroTo1 staff to verify accuracy and identify response gaps)
Providing brand clients with reporting on creator program activity, including aggregate question themes and creator engagement patterns
Maintaining community standards through spam and scam detection
Generating weekly leaderboards that rank creator engagement and program performance within a brand server
Posting scheduled functional program communications (campaign updates, deadlines, leaderboards) clearly attributed to Jonny as an AI agent. These are not designed to artificially inflate server activity, simulate user engagement, or impersonate human users.
Routing complex questions or escalations to ZeroTo1 community managers
Improving the quality and accuracy of Jonny's responses through aggregated, de-identified analysis
We do not use your information to profile you, to discriminate against you based on protected characteristics, or to make eligibility determinations for benefits, employment, housing, insurance, or any purpose outside the scope of the creator program.
4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MODEL TRAINING
Jonny generates responses using the Claude AI models provided by Anthropic, PBC. Per Anthropic's published API data handling practices, content submitted to the Anthropic API is processed solely to generate responses and is not used by Anthropic to train its models.
ZeroTo1 does not train, fine-tune, or otherwise use any data we collect through the Service (including Discord message content, conversation logs, feedback submissions, file attachments, or onboarding data) to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. This applies absolutely and without exception. Logged conversations are used only for human review purposes (quality assurance, brand client reporting, and identifying response gaps), never as training data.
5. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertising networks, data brokers, or any other monetization-related service.
5.1 Service Providers (acting on our behalf)
Anthropic, PBC processes message content and attachments via the Claude API to generate Jonny's responses. Anthropic does not train models on this content.
Google LLC provides Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for secure storage of onboarding data, conversation logs, feedback logs, and operational records. All data is encrypted at rest via Google's default platform encryption (AES-256).
Slack Technologies receives operational alerts about creator escalations, sent to ZeroTo1 internal channels.
Each Service Provider is contractually obligated to access and use data only as necessary to provide the service to ZeroTo1 and is bound by data handling commitments consistent with applicable law.
5.2 Brand Clients as Server Operators
ZeroTo1's brand clients own and operate the Discord servers in which Jonny is deployed. As the operators of these servers, brand clients have legitimate access to creator roster and program performance data for their own program participants. This is not a third-party data transfer. When you choose to join a brand's Discord server and enroll in their creator program, you are entering a direct program relationship with that brand. ZeroTo1 manages the agent and community operations on the brand's behalf.
5.3 Legal Compliance
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZeroTo1, our users, or others.
5.4 Discord, Inc.
In accordance with the Discord Developer Terms of Service, ZeroTo1 will promptly delete API Data upon Discord's request. We will also notify Discord and affected users of any unauthorized access to API Data as required under the Developer Terms.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
ZeroTo1 retains different categories of data for different periods, each tied to operational necessity for the Service's stated functionality.
6.1 Conversation Logs
For every interaction with Jonny, ZeroTo1 maintains a conversation log in private Google Sheets that records: timestamp, server name, channel name, your Discord username and user ID, the type of trigger that initiated the interaction, your message (truncated to the first 500 characters), and Jonny's response (truncated to the first 1000 characters).
Conversation logs are used exclusively for:
Quality assurance and accuracy review of Jonny's responses by authorized ZeroTo1 personnel
Brand client reporting on aggregate creator program activity
Identifying and remediating response gaps and errors
Conversation logs are never used to train AI or machine learning models. They are never shared with third parties outside of the Service Providers listed in Section 5.1. They are never disclosed to data brokers, advertising networks, or monetization services.
Conversation logs follow a two-stage retention lifecycle, enforced programmatically by a scheduled daily process at 3:00 AM Central Time:
0 to 12 months after creation: Logs retain full Discord identifying information (username and Discord user ID) for quality assurance, accuracy review, and brand client reporting.
12 to 24 months after creation: ZeroTo1 automatically de-identifies each log by permanently removing the Discord username and Discord user ID fields, replacing them with a redaction marker. The remaining conversation content stays available for aggregated pattern analysis (e.g., identifying recurring creator questions, response quality trends, friction-point detection). After de-identification, the log is no longer linkable to a specific Discord user and ceases to qualify as personal data tied to an identifiable individual.
More than 24 months after creation: The fully de-identified log is permanently deleted from our records.
This lifecycle is enforced programmatically, not manually. De-identification and deletion run automatically and cannot be skipped.
6.2 Feedback Submissions
When you use the /feedback slash command, your feedback comment, rating, and identifying context (Discord username, server, channel) are logged in private Google Sheets for review by ZeroTo1 community managers.
Feedback logs follow the same two-stage retention lifecycle as conversation logs in Section 6.1: full attribution for the first 12 months, automatic de-identification of Discord username and user ID at 12 months, and permanent deletion at 24 months.
6.3 Other Retention Periods
Active conversation memory: held in volatile memory during an active conversation, trimmed automatically, not persisted long-term beyond the conversation logs described in Section 6.1.
Onboarding data: retained while you participate in the brand creator program, plus up to 12 months after departure for record-keeping purposes. After this period, your onboarding data is deleted unless retention is required by law.
Operational snapshots (engagement metrics, GMV records): auto-prune after 30 days.
Reveal queue entries (delayed daily-post follow-ups): auto-prune after 48 hours.
Muted-guild state: persists until manually unmuted by an authorized administrator.
Discord API Data (server membership, role data): retained only as long as necessary for stated functionality and deleted promptly upon user request, Discord's request, or when no longer necessary.
6.4 Deletion on Request
You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by:
Using the /feedback slash command in your brand Discord server (primary in-product channel)
Emailing dj@zeroto1.co
Contacting a ZeroTo1 community manager directly in your brand server
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion includes conversation logs, feedback logs, onboarding records, and any operational state tied to your Discord ID, except where retention is required by law.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
Right to access the personal information we hold about you
Right to correct inaccurate personal information
Right to delete your personal information
Right to opt out of participation in a brand creator program at any time
Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA and CPRA), you may have additional rights under those laws.
To exercise any of these rights, contact dj@zeroto1.co. We respond to requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
8. DATA LOCATION
ZeroTo1 is headquartered in the United States, and all data processing and storage take place in the United States. The Service is offered only to creators located in the United States.
9. SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
Encryption at rest for all stored data, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Cloud Platform virtual machine disks, and operational JSON files. All data at rest is protected by Google's default platform encryption (AES-256).
Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS for all data exchanged with Discord, Anthropic, Google, and Slack APIs
Access controls restricting operational system access to authorized ZeroTo1 personnel only
Service account authentication for Google API access
Process isolation via PM2 on a dedicated virtual machine
Credential protection with developer credentials stored as environment variables in a protected configuration file, not embedded in source code or open source projects
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100 percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to maintaining commercially reasonable safeguards consistent with industry practice.
10. REPORTING ISSUES OR VIOLATIONS
If you wish to report an issue, bug, policy violation, or concern about Jonny or its use, you may:
Use the /feedback slash command in your brand Discord server (the primary in-product reporting channel)
Email dj@zeroto1.co
Message a ZeroTo1 community manager in your brand Discord server
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, restricting user access, or modifying Service functionality.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through our Discord servers or via direct notice to affected users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
