This Privacy Policy describes how ZT1 OS, a business operations platform operated by ZeroTo1, LLC ("ZeroTo1," "we," "our," or "us"), accesses, uses, and protects data.
1. Data we access
ZT1 OS accesses data from ZeroTo1's own connected business systems, including:
Accounting data from QuickBooks Online, such as customers, vendors, invoices, estimates, payments, bills, accounts, and financial reports
CRM data from HubSpot, such as companies, contacts, deals, quotes, and invoices
Creator payment and campaign data from the platforms ZeroTo1 uses to run client programs
Advertising performance data from connected advertising platforms
2. Client data
Client campaign and financial information is treated as confidential business information. It is used only to deliver services to that client, to provide that client with reporting, and for ZeroTo1's internal operations.
Clients may view campaign performance for their own account only, including advertising spend and return on ad spend. Financial and accounting data, including invoices, receivables, payables, and payment records, is accessible only to authorized ZeroTo1 personnel.
3. Creator and contractor data
ZT1 OS may process information about creators and contractors paid through ZeroTo1-managed programs, such as names, handles, payment amounts, and payment dates. This information is used only to manage and reconcile those payments and for related program reporting. ZT1 OS does not store bank account numbers or tax identification numbers; that information remains with ZeroTo1's payment and accounting providers.
4. How data is shared
ZeroTo1 does not sell data or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. Data is processed only by service providers necessary to host and operate ZT1 OS, each limited to providing that service to ZeroTo1. These providers include Google Cloud, which hosts ZT1 OS, and the AI model providers Anthropic, PBC (Claude) and Google (Gemini), which process data through their commercial APIs to support internal analysis and automation. These AI providers do not use data submitted through their commercial APIs to train their models.
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. AI and model training
Data accessed through ZT1 OS is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Internal access is restricted to authorized ZeroTo1 personnel
Client access links are unique to each client, limited to that client's own campaign information, excluded from search engines, and can be revoked at any time
API credentials are stored securely and never embedded in source code
No system is completely secure, but ZeroTo1 maintains commercially reasonable safeguards consistent with industry practice.
7. Retention and disconnection
Data is retained only as long as needed for operations, client reporting, and legal or record-keeping obligations. ZeroTo1 can disconnect any connected system at any time, after which ZT1 OS stops accessing that system.
8. Data location
Data is processed and stored in the United States.
9. Changes
ZeroTo1 may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
