These Terms govern use of ZT1 OS, a business operations platform operated by ZeroTo1, LLC ("ZeroTo1," "we," "our," or "us"). ZT1 OS supports ZeroTo1's finance and client operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, client setup, reconciliation, and reporting. It connects to ZeroTo1's own business systems, including accounting, CRM, payment, advertising, and communication platforms such as QuickBooks Online and HubSpot.
1. Internal users
Full access to ZT1 OS, including all financial and accounting features, is limited to authorized ZeroTo1 personnel. ZeroTo1 may grant, limit, or revoke access at its discretion. Users must keep their credentials confidential and may not share access.
2. Client access
ZeroTo1 may provide clients with access to view campaign performance for their own account, including advertising spend and return on ad spend, through a shareable link or similar method. All financial and accounting information in ZT1 OS is available to authorized ZeroTo1 personnel only.
Each client's access is limited to that client's own campaign information. Clients are responsible for keeping their access link confidential and should notify ZeroTo1 if a link is shared with anyone who should not have it. ZeroTo1 may revoke or reissue client access at any time.
3. Connected accounts
ZT1 OS connects only to accounts owned and controlled by ZeroTo1. Connections are authorized by a ZeroTo1 administrator and may be revoked at any time.
4. No warranty
ZT1 OS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information shown in ZT1 OS is for operational and reporting purposes. Invoices and statements issued through ZeroTo1's accounting system remain the official record.
5. Client agreements control
Nothing in these Terms modifies any agreement between ZeroTo1 and its clients. If these Terms conflict with a client agreement, the client agreement controls.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTo1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of or inability to use ZT1 OS.
7. Changes
ZeroTo1 may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
