ZeroTo1's partnership with Landing began in Q4 of 2021. As a rising leader in apartment subscription services, Landing knew they needed to build strong brand recognition with a healthy user core to realize go-to-market dreams and rapid expansion into 375+ cities across the US.
At first, Landing faced some challenges creating high-performing user-generated content for their brand. This was because their brand was not a tangible "product" but a location. The typical methods of finding creators, sending them a product, and receiving beautiful assets would not work in this situation. We had to think creatively and find storytellers who not only fit the Landing lifestyle but were also willing to physically visit and experience Landing for themselves.

Our crackerjack crew hit this one out of the park by developing a dynamic, repeatable way of sourcing creators by teaming up with Landing's POWER USERS 💥, a customer cohort of superfans who kept the lights on and provided an untapped well of angles, ideas, and real-life experiences to brief into. Through employing some good ol' qualitative research methods and a few producer cost-saving tricks, or creative transposed benefits and pain points into creative that accomplished some incredible results in just 6 months:
